Skill-based Psychometric Analysis

A student-centric personalized learning model

At CISA, we have designed a regime of interactive assessment and instruction that is skill-based and personalized. Henceforth, using a data-driven approach, each assessment will provide our teachers with information about the child’s growth trajectory on a set of foundational skills, information designed to help teachers evaluate their students’ progress, reflect on past instruction, and strategize the next phase of instruction. By individually assessing each child and using specially designed statistical software to track each child’s progress, the teacher gains a clear understanding of what the key skills are, what each child knows, and what each child needs to know to advance to the next level.

Numerical Skills

Numerical skills refer to the way a student perceives, processes, and calculates numbers and numerical symbols.

Spatial Skills

Spatial abilities are used for everyday use from navigation, understanding or fixing equipment, understanding or estimating distance, etc.

Language Skills

Motor Skills

Motor skills are movements and actions of the muscles, something most of us do without even thinking about them.

Personalized Interventions

Based on the actionable data produced from the assessment.

We provide the child and parents with personalized interventions and learning strategies that ensure that the child reaches the required level of proficiency.
